Nash is a 1.5 year old ABCA intact male owned and started by Elliot and Christa Thomas with CE Stockdogs in SE South Dakota. He is out of their great producing bitch, Kat (Buck/Eve), who is also a full sister to their staple stud dog, Hook. Hook has always and still is producing some top notch ranch and trial dogs. Nash’s sire is Crank who is owned by Taner and Leanne Litton. Crank is a big, rugged, proven producer in ranch and trial dogs.

Nash has a huge motor, bites both ends and a front foot, is always thinking forward in his work, and has good read; he is a little work horse of a dog and will make someone’s job much easier. Nash will thrive being someone’s every day hand on many operations or in a trial setting someday, but he’ll come well versed in feedlot work. He listens well and is an absolute blast to handle and watch work; you don’t have to ask Nash twice for anything! Nash has good manners and is one of the happiest dogs you’ll meet; he loves people, kids, and other dogs. He is health tested CLEAN.

Nash is being used daily at a preconditioning operation in SW Kansas, with Amy Thompson. The precon yard is often a one woman show, so his daily tasks are helping sort sick pulls, watching gates, gathering pens and alleys, loading trucks and he’s seen some pasture/pivot gathering. Use him on foot, use him horseback and love him either way.
